Room Usage Guidelines

- Additional charges apply for early check-in and late check-out.
- Guests under 19 years of age must be accompanied by parents. (Minors cannot stay alone / Adult definition: Over 19 years old)
- A valid ID and credit card under the reservation holder's name are required at check-in.
Occupancy standard
- Deluxe (Classic, Amour) : 2 adults (maximum 2 occupants)
- Grand Deluxe (Secret, Atelier) & Suite (Atelier Suite, Corner Suite) : 2 adults (maximum 3 adults or 2 adults + 2 children)
- Additional charges per person (per night / excluding VAT) | Grand Deluxe: 50,000 KRW, Suite: 100,000 KRW

Cancellation / No-show guidance
- Cancellation and changes without penalty are allowed until 6 PM one day prior to the scheduled check-in date.
- Cancellation, changes, or no-show after 6 PM one day prior to the scheduled check-in date will incur a penalty.
  (1-night reservation: 100% of the room rate, reservations of 2 nights or more: 100% of the initial room rate)
Guidelines for Accompanying Dogs
- Accompanying dogs require prior hotel approval and confirmed reservation, with an additional fee.
- Dog fee (per 5 nights / excluding VAT) | 1 dog: 100,000 KRW, 2 dogs: 160,000 KRW
- Small dogs weighing 10kg or less are allowed, with a maximum of 2 dogs per room. Some aggressive dog breeds are restricted based on hotel policy.
Other Information
- Complimentary parking for 1 vehicle per room during the stay.
  Pre-parking is available 1 hour before regular check-in, and free parking is allowed for up to 30 minutes after check-out.
- Additional charges for room maintenance may apply for room decoration with flowers, balloons. (Room maintenance fee: 55,000 KRW).
- The use of bath salts that may cause bathtub discoloration and bath gels that could potentially lead to slip accidents is not allowed for your safety.
- Commercial photography within the hotel premises is only allowed through prior arrangement.
  Unauthorized photography and bringing professional equipment may incur additional charges.
