- Cancellation or change is possible without until 6PM of 1 day before check-in.
Cancellation or change after 6PM of 1 day prior to check-in, penalty will be charged.
(1 night reservation: 100% of the stay fee, 100% of the initial stay fee for booking more than 2 nights) - Boutique Home (Royal Suite, Presidential Suite) standard number of people: 2 (maximum 4)
Up to 4 people can stay after paying an additional fee(under 12 years old, no additional fee)
Extra Charge for a person l KRW 50,000 (per night, excluded VAT) - In case of Extra Bed, only 1 additional bed can be used for Royal Suite type and Extra Fee is charged. (KRW 50,000 / per night, excluded VAT)
- Accommodation with a dog requires prior request and reservation confirmation of the hotel confirmation. Additional fee are incurred.
Extra fee (excluding tax) | 100,000 KRW for one dog, 160,000 KRW for two dogs
Only dogs weighing less than 10kg can stay up to two dogs per room, and some aggressive dogs may be restricted from entering according to the dog accompanying regulations. - Additional charges for room maintenance may apply for room decoration with flowers, balloons. (Room maintenance fee: 55,000 KRW)
The use of bath salts that may cause bathtub discoloration and bath gels that could potentially lead to slip accidents is not allowed for your safety.
