※ You can choose 1 of Hanam, Goyang, and Anseong branches.※ A total of two tickets are provided, and can be used only for one person.※ This admission ticket is a multi-pass ticket that can be used in both sauna(jjimjilbang) and water park.※ 2 tickets provided can be used for both children and adults. (For children aged 36 months or older, children aged over from elementary school, middle school or older)※ You can use it for up to 9 hours based on the entry time.※ The hours of use may vary depending on the situation of the business. - Commercial filming is conducted only in the form of a rental contract in all spaces in the hotel, including rooms. Filming without prior consultation with hotel can be restricted.

- Cancellation or change is possible without until 6PM of 1 day before check-in.
Cancellation or change after 6PM of 1 day prior to check-in, penalty will be charged.

Only dogs weighing less than 10kg can stay up to two dogs per room, and some aggressive dogs may be restricted from entering according to the dog accompanying regulations. - Additional charges for room maintenance may apply for room decoration with flowers, balloons. The use of bath salts that may cause bathtub discoloration and bath gels that could potentially lead to slip accidents is not allowed for your safety. - Package is a limited quantity by date & room type and may be terminated early without prior notice.
