Q. Are dress, hair, and makeup included?
This package includes only the photography fee (with our partner studio) and the hotel venue rental.
Dress, hair, and makeup must be arranged separately by the client.
Q. Where does the photoshoot take place?
The shoot takes place in one of L’Escape Hotel’s suite rooms, the library, the grand staircase and etc.
Additional areas such as the hotel entrance and restaurant may be available depending on hotel operations and the shoot schedule, and will be confirmed during consultation.
Q. Can we bring guests or pets to the shoot?

Up to one additional person may accompany the bride and groom during the shoot.
(Dress assistants and hairstylists are permitted / personal mobile phone photographers are not allowed.)
Bridal shower or group shots with bridesmaids may be possible depending on the studio, and may incur additional charges.
[Pets]
L’Escape is a pet-friendly hotel, and dogs are welcome to join the shoot.
In this case, a pet-designated room will be assigned, and a caregiver must accompany the pet. A pet carrier is also required.
※ Other pets, including cats, are not permitted.
Q. Will I receive the original photo files?
Photo delivery details vary depending on the studio. Full information will be provided during your consultation.
Q. What are the deposit and cancellation/refund policies?
[Deposit]
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation, payable within 3 days of contract signing.
[Cancellation & Refund]
The deposit is fully refundable within 72 hours (3 days) of payment.
After that period, cancellation fees will apply.
Q. Can I bring my own props?
Absolutely — personal props that reflect your unique story are always welcome.
However, prior approval from the hotel is required. Please note that any damage to hotel property caused during the shoot may result in compensation charges.
Q. What time does the photoshoot begin?
Photoshoots typically begin between 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM.
The exact start time will be confirmed during your consultation.
