Guest ID/Payment Card Requirement Notice
2024.12.18L’Escape Hotel by Josun Hotels & Resorts operates under the following policy:
For identity verification, guests are required to present a valid photo ID and a credit card under their name upon check-in.
Acceptable IDs:
■ For Korean Nationals:
- Accepted IDs: Resident Registration Card, Driver’s License, Valid Passport- Unaccepted IDs: Student ID, Expired Resident Registration Card/Driver’s License/Passport
■ For Foreign Nationals:
Accepted IDs: Valid Passport, Alien Registration Card- Unaccepted IDs: Expired Passport, Driver’s License issued outside Korea
Failure to comply with this requirement will result in denial of accommodation, and the room charge will not be refunded.
Additionally, in the event of any violation of hotel policies, the hotel reserves the right to request guests (including staying guests) to immediately vacate any areas or rooms without prior notice. Guests must comply with such requests, and failure to do so may result in the hotel arranging for the guest’s belongings and luggage to be cleared from the room.
