L'Escape Hotel is a pet-friendly hotel, striving to provide various services for your beloved dogs.

Please review the following regulations when visiting with pets:

- Up to 2 dogs weighing 10kg or less are allowed.
- A fee of 100,000 KRW applies for 1 dog, and 160,000 KRW for 2 dogs (tax excluded).
※ Fee is charged once per stay, limited to a maximum of 5 nights.
- Pets must be transported in a pet carrier or stroller when moving through public areas.
- Owners must immediately clean up after their pets within or around the hotel.
- For safety, pets should not be left unattended in the guest room.
- If pets are left alone, room service and housekeeping will not be provided.
- A pet amenity kit will be provided at check-in (some promotions excluded):
  ■ Welcome Kit: Toy, treats, and pee pads (provided once per stay)
  ■ Rental Items: Pet house, bowls, and steps
- Guests must sign an agreement form upon check-in to ensure responsible pet ownership.
- Rooms for guests with pets are located on designated floors, which may limit room assignment options.
- Entry may be restricted, and guests may be asked to leave if their pets disturb other guests.
- Aggressive dog breeds listed below are not allowed for safety reasons:
  ■ Tosa Inu, American Pit Bull Terrier, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Dogo Argentino, Fila Brasileiro, English Bull Terrier, and mixed breeds thereof.
- Service dogs and guide dogs are exempt from weight and breed restrictions and are free of charge (proof of certification required).
- Pets are not allowed in the Boutique Lounge or restaurants (Palais de Chine, L’Amant Secret, Tea Salon, and Marque d’Amour).
